Getting ready for the 2025 season.

The museum may of been closed over the winter, but there is always plenty to do.

Our dedicated team work very hard to get the site ready for the new season.

Be it a lick of paint, stripping a door, or just a general sweap up, the team were up for it.

We are open!

    01/15

Many thanks to Dolores Dixon, for letting us share these photographs.

    "We happy Few 506"

We had the pleasure of hosting a visit by the tour group "We happy Few 506" on Friday 4th April, everyone enjoyed themselves (plenty of fun was had on the Jeep rides around the field!!) and hopefully went away with a feeling for the history of this site. Cliff Hall attended at short notice and bought with him a selection of wartime photos from the 94th's time at Rougham and the audience listened intensely to his stories.

Cliff enjoyed it so much, he even said it reminded him of the veterans visits of the past. Among the guests was actor Matt Leitch (Floyd Talbert) from Band of Brothers and also Jonas Moore, Jordan Coulson and Adam Long from Masters of the Air mini series (Capt Frank Murphy, Capt Howard Hambone Hamilton and Capt Benny DeMarco respectively).

The tour lasted two days and we hope all the guests and organisers had an enjoyable time.
